For the past 26 years the Trust has relied on the good work of hundreds of volunteers. In that time more than 106,000 trees and shrubs have been planted over an area of 25 hectares.
Work parties go to the island on the first and third Sundays of each month, except during August when there is usually planting on both weekend days throughout the month.
Health and Safety regulations require us to have a list of volunteer workers on each trip available for the ferry master. This information is for safety reasons only and will not be passed on to anyone else. We need your full name, address, contact phone number, an emergency contact person and their phone number. Once we have you on our database you will receive an invitation to join us about a week before each trip.
